Terms of Service for illustranimation.art

By accessing or using the website illustranimation.art (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
- Use of the Service
- The Service is a platform dedicated to promoting animated posters and organizing semi-annual design and animation calls for entry.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
- User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Intellectual Property and User Content (Call for Entry Submissions)
- User Ownership: You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the design and animation works (the “Content”) you submit through the calls for entry.
- License to illustranimation.art: By submitting Content, you grant [Guillermo Rafael Belchez Guerrero] a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and promote such Content in connection with the Service and the Company’s business. This includes, but is not limited to, display in the website gallery, promotional materials for future calls, and social media posts.
- Warranty: You warrant that you are the legal owner of all Content you submit or that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the aforementioned license and that the Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Rules for Calls for Entry
- Each call for entry will be subject to its own specific “Bases” (Rules). By entering a call, you agree to abide by that call’s Rules, which are considered an extension of these Terms.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
