Especificaciones Técnicas

Nuestra Regla de Oro: Tu obra debe ser un “Cartel con Movimiento”. Esto significa que incluso en pausa, debe funcionar como un cartel estático potente. La animación debe potenciar el mensaje, no distraer de él.

  • Formato del Archivo: MP4 (códec H.264) 
  • Dimensiones: 3:4 Full HD vertical: 1080 x 1440 píxeles (Ancho x Alto).
  • Duración:5 segundos serán evaluados, 30 segundos como máximo en loop.
  • Loop: La animación debe funcionar en un bucle perfecto y continuo.
  • Audio:La fuerza debe residir en la imagen. Un poco de sonido puede ayudar al concepto. 
  • Tamaño del Archivo: Máximo 99 MB por archivo.

Nomenclatura: NombreApellido_TitulodelaObra.mp4 (ej: AnaGomez_EcosDelMañana.mp4).

Reglas de creatividad y participación

 

  • Tema: La obra debe representar el concepto original. La interpretación es libre y puede abordar aspectos sociales, culturales, tecnológicos, personales o políticos.

     

  • Originalidad: Las obras presentadas deben ser 100% originales e inéditas. No se aceptarán obras que hayan sido publicadas o premiadas previamente.

     

  • Número de Participaciones: Cada participante (individual o colectivo) puede presentar hasta tres (3) pósteres animados. Se requiere una presentación independiente para cada obra.

     

  • Derechos de Autor: Los participantes declaran ser los únicos autores de la obra y poseer todos los derechos sobre ella. Los derechos de autor pertenecen al creador en todo momento.

     

  • Derechos de Uso: Al participar, usted otorga a illustranimation.art una licencia no exclusiva para reproducir, publicar y comunicar las obras seleccionadas y ganadoras con fines de difusión cultural y promoción, siempre dando el crédito correspondiente al autor.

     

  • Técnica: Totalmente libre (2D, 3D, stop motion, IA generativa, collage digital, etc.), siempre que se cumplan las especificaciones técnicas.

     

  • Proceso de selección: Un comité de preselección revisará todas las obras para asegurar que cumplan con las directrices. Posteriormente, el jurado evaluará las obras preseleccionadas. La decisión del jurado es inapelable.

Technical Specifications

Our Golden Rule: Your work must be a “Poster with Motion.” This means that even when paused, it must function as a powerful static poster. The animation must enhance the message, not distract from it.

  • File Format: MP4 (H.264 codec) 
  • Dimensions: 3:4 Full HD (FHD) 1080 x 1440 pixels
  • Duration: (5 seconds will be evaluated)  maximum 30 seconds in loop.
  • Loop: The animation must run in a perfect, continuous loop.
  • Audio:  The power must reside solely in the image. But a little bit of audio can help the concept.
  • File Size: 99 MB maximum per file.

Naming: FirstNameLastName_WorkTitle.mp4 (e.g., AnaGomez_EchosOfTomorrow.mp4).

Creative & Participation Rules

 

  • Theme: The work must interpret the dual concept “Requiem for the year 2025 and Vision for 2026.” The interpretation is open, and can address social, cultural, technological, personal, or political aspects.

     

  • Originality: Works submitted must be 100% original and unpublished. Works that have been previously published or awarded will not be accepted.

     

  • Number of Entries: Each participant (individual or collective) can submit up to three (3) animated posters. A separate submission is required for each work.

     

  • Copyright: Participants declare they are the sole authors of the work and own all rights to it. The copyright remains with the creator at all times.

     

  • Usage Rights: By participating, you grant illustranimation.art a non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, and communicate the selected and winning works for cultural dissemination and promotional purposes, always giving appropriate credit to the author.

     

  • Technique: Completely open (2D, 3D, stop motion, generative AI, digital collage, etc.), as long as the technical specifications are met.

     

  • Selection Process: A pre-selection committee will review all works to ensure they meet the guidelines. Subsequently, the jury will evaluate the pre-selected works. The jury’s decision is final.

  • Thematic Relevance (40%): How does the work interpret the “Requiem 2025 / Vision 2026” duality? (Modified from )
  • Concept and Originality (30%): The strength of the idea and the uniqueness of the proposal.
  • Technical & Aesthetic Execution (20%): Quality of the design, illustration, and animation.
  • Effectiveness of the “Poster with Motion” (10%): Does the animation enhance the message without destroying the poster’s essence?
